2nd chance, 2 choices

so the audition for amazing race asia season 2 is on. due date is on march 30th. we can actually give it another shot, right?

so we emailed AXN asia to make sure we can actually send in another set of application package (together with a fresh video) even though we applied last season and even though we're applying with the same buddy.

guess what?

AXN just replied to us and they said YES we can!

we also asked them if it's in any way a disadvantage that we are from 2 totally different countries and they said NO. They just want us to appear in the video together and that we both have to be in the interview when we get called for the actual audition.

while thinking about this, i just realized that maybe, maybe -- there's a big chance that amazing race asia wasnt able to view our audition tape last time. it was in .WMV format and as I was reading the guideline, they wanted something on VCD, DVD, mini-DV, VHS formats. i mean, yea, we sent them a cd-rom, but i'm not sure if it would play on a VCD. it can actually just be a data CD that a PC can read, but not a VCD player, right?

anyway, past is past. what we gotta think about is this second chance and we gotta do it right.

stupid though ... coz we never taped an audition video when were together on vacation.

2 choices:
1) make use of whatever captured videos / photos we have during the trip and be creative enough to compile an interesting 3-minute material.
2) see each other again before march 30 and shoot a really nice audition tape.

we dont have much time left and we need to hear from our readers.
