Our primary goal this time......

Reach to the summit is like nothing to us.... it just like "a piece of cake"...."a very thin slice of cake"......therefore, that's not our goal.

travel and living

one of my favorite channels to watch is discovery's travel and living, and today, while running the t-mill, they're featuring a special on mt kinabalu. just by looking at the pathway, i already knew it was kota kinabalu. oh man, it brings back a lot of good memories of the climb. the experience and the feelings of hurting knees and thighs, the sweat, the lost of breast (umm breath) and the fulfillment of reaching the top.

now im thinking of climbing it again, but taking the more difficult trail -- the mesilau trail. and ummm, yea, im gonna hire a porter this time. hahaha!

let me open up the idea of climbing it again to howlake and see what he thinks. this can be an annual thing. we'll see ... preparing for a getaway like this encourages me to get my butt off the couch and go to the gym. good motivation.

we'll see....

yang's nuts

howlake and i would like to thank yang for splitting his bag of nuts into 2 and sending it to us as gifts. we don't know what else to say, but thank you. ummmm, oh yea .. it's delicious! :)

thanks also to CK and Edward for carrying the nuts from china to malaysia and philippines, even though CK found it weird that yang is passing around his nuts.
